Guild Journal
A notebook for multiplayer evenings

Better nights.
Stronger groups.

A little preparation makes more room for the good part: playing together. Notes for guilds, small parties and friends returning after a break.

Field notes

01 / BEFORE YOU QUEUE

Agree on the evening

Choose one goal and a realistic finish time. A learning run and a quick clear need different expectations. Say which one you want before inviting the group.

Leave a few minutes for updates, sound checks and anyone returning to an unfamiliar interface.

02 / LEARNING TOGETHER

One change per attempt

After a difficult encounter, name the first thing that went wrong. Pick a single adjustment: positioning, an interrupt order or a clearer callout.

Short, specific feedback is easier to act on than a complete replay of every mistake.

03 / THE LONG GAME

Keep a small record

Save the plan that worked, not just the final score. A few lines on roles and timing can make next week's session much smoother.

Record progress, celebrate a useful improvement and make room for a break before the next challenge.

The five-minute session checklist

  1. Install pending game and launcher updates before the group assembles.
  2. Check your microphone and choose one place for voice communication.
  3. Confirm roles, start time and the evening's main objective.
  4. Prepare the supplies or equipment your activity requires.
  5. Make sure everyone knows when the group plans to stop.

About this journal

Guild Journal is a compact collection of evergreen multiplayer habits. It is not a game guide or a news service; encounter details and class balance change, but clear expectations and useful feedback remain worth practising.
